Evaluation Process

PATHWAYS is a collaborative learning program; rather than earning letter grades, the learner participant will be evaluated by the course facilitator who offers detailed feedback about the participant’s work in the course and progress with learning goals.  Facilitators also assess the course participant as having met or not having met the objectives for the course. Participants also complete a self-evaluation as it relates to the course’s learning objectives and comments on competency gained through the course in the Marks of Faithful and Effective Authorized Ministers.

In addition, all participants are expected to complete the course/facilitator evaluation at the end of each course.

PATHWAYS Evaluations

  • Participant: Each participant will receive a written evaluation from the facilitator to be included in his or her Portfolio.
  • Participant: Each participant will submit a written self-evaluation to be included in his or her Portfolio.
  • Course/Facilitator: Participants are expected to provide course/facilitator evaluation at the end of completing each course.
